Single Layer Preformed Dead End

Single Layer Preformed Dead End is an easy-to-install dead end for light to medium tension lines. You just wrap its aluminum rods around your conductor and anchor it to the pole. No bolts, no special tools. It can securely hold the wires in place without damaging them, and it's faster to install than old-fashioned dead-end connectors.

Yes. A single layer design is typically rated for spans up to 200 meters under normal wind and ice conditions. For urban distribution lines or secondary circuits, it provides sufficient holding force while being more economical than double layer types.
