Single overhang clamp usually consists of inner and outer preformed wires, a suspension head, and supporting connection fittings. Some products also include inner preformed wires, outer preformed wires, rubber clamping blocks, casings, right-angle hanging rings, U-shaped hanging rings, bolts, and nuts. Among them, the preformed wires are aluminum alloy wires customized according to predetermined mechanical properties and chemical compositions. They have high tensile strength, hardness, good elasticity, and rust resistance, and can be used for a long time in harsh climate environments.

The single suspension clamp is suitable for the connection scenario between the optical cable and straight-line towers or towers with a corner/elevation angle ≤ 25°. When the corner or elevation angle of the line exceeds 25°, the single suspension clamp may not be able to provide sufficient support and protection, and it is necessary to consider selecting other fittings more suitable for large angles.

Selection: Select the single suspension clamp according to the cable diameter, span/comprehensive load, and the selected specification table. It is necessary to select the appropriate model of the clamp from the corresponding specification table based on parameters such as the outer diameter of the optical cable actually used, the span, and the comprehensive load to ensure that it can meet the actual use requirements.
