Definition and use

Optical cable rest bracket, also known as optical fiber reservation frame or optical cable cross frame, is mainly used to fix the surplus optical cable in the overhead line. It is divided into two types of rod and tower, mainly used for placing ADSS/OPGW cable connection surplus cable, generally each connector box is equipped with a cable rack.

Main use

Fixed surplus optical cable: In the overhead line, the construction surplus OPGW optical cable and ADSS optical cable are suspended and fixed on the tower for maintenance and inspection.

Protection of Optical cable rest bracket: Through reasonable structural design, to prevent loose cable, disorder, solid installation and good protection of optical cable, to avoid optical cable wear.

Materials and anti-corrosion treatment

The cable rest is usually made of Q235 flat iron material, and has good outdoor corrosion resistance after hot dip galvanized surface treatment. This treatment can effectively extend the service life of the product and adapt to various harsh environmental conditions.

Structural design

Installation method

Use two sets of power steel belt hoop fixed at the pole.

Bolt tightly to ensure secure installation.

Two sets of right Angle splints are used to fix the tower Angle steel.
